By accessing or using Ehki ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Ehki provides anonymous survey services for businesses. Companies may request surveys, and users respond anonymously through the mobile application.
Business accounts are created by the Platform administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Individual responses are never attributed to specific users. Businesses receive only aggregated and anonymized data.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to de-anonymize responses, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The Platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of survey results or uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
